Our Light, Men's Absorbent Underwear was designed for men managing light bladder leaks who want protection without anything that looks or feels clinical. Built from a soft cotton outer with a multi-layer waterproof gusset holding up to 100ml, it wears just like regular underwear — supporting dignity and independence for daily use.
The construction is doing more than it looks like: a wicking layer moves moisture away from the skin, a microfibre towelling and fleece pad absorbs it, and a TPU waterproof layer prevents it reaching clothing or furniture. No visible pad shape, no crinkle, no side seams to rub or irritate — just underwear that happens to protect.
It's washable and reusable, which makes it a straightforward option for carers and family members managing laundry, and a lower-cost, lower-waste alternative to disposables over time. Sizes run Small to 3XL by waist measurement, in Denim and Black.

If you've ordered the wrong size or colour, you can return or exchange within 90 days. Change-of-mind returns are issued as a gift card (valid for 3 years). For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if unused, with swing tags attached, and in original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

What's behind the name?
Brolly is part of Brolly Sheets, founded in 2006. We dropped the “Sheets” from products that aren't sheets — hence just Brolly.
